    If you are attending the show, we want you to know that we are committed to raising money for Extra Life and other charities via our charity auction and daily hour artist quick sketch. If you’d wish to donate and/or participate, please choose above.

    1. Dealer must provide Promoter with a PA Sales Tax ID Number by State Law. See Link: (Sales, Use, & Hotel Occupancy Tax License) Free and Easy to receive.
    2. Dealer will follow all municipal, state, and federal laws regarding sales and sales tax.
    3. Dealer agrees to keep their table open during all hours of the event. No early departures.
    4. Dealer will arrive and set up at the official time or they will not be allowed to participate in the event. Official set up time is: Thursday: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Friday: 7:00 am - 1:30 pm (Show begins on Friday at 2:00 pm)
    5. Any damage to the building by a Dealer is the sole responsibility of the Dealer. Solicitation of Dealers and/or customers is strictly prohibited.
    6. Sound systems set up by Dealers must be kept at a low volume level.
    7. No smoking or outside alcohol is permitted in the venue at any time.
    8. Dealer understands payment policy and agrees to pay the fees as listed. No tables are guaranteed until payment is received. Checks with insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
    9. Subletting is not allowed without the consent of the Promoter. Dealer will not move their table or neighboring tables and do not place anything in front or beside of tables.
    10. While there is no explicit ban on film related adult material. (adult magazines, adult DVD's etc...), Sci-Fi Valley Con is a family convention and children WILL be present – discretion should be used, and no display of such material is acceptable.
    11. Dealer accepts full responsibility for any damages to your table or merchandise for any reason. Promoter is not responsible for any loss.
    12. Dealer will not be given any refunds and cannot roll-over tables.
    13. Dealer will not sale any unlicensed or bootleg material. Promoter has right to eject Dealer from event without refund.
    14. Dealer will receive a maximum of 2 badges per table, unless otherwise approve by the Promoter.
    15. Dealer understands that tables are not guaranteed without full payment.
    16. Dealer will not leave trash or garbage in their area after departure. If this happens, the Dealer will not be permitted to attend future events.
    17. Dealer will not act inappropriately at the event. (i.e. no bad behavior or language)
    18. Promoter has the right to revoke or refuse any registration form and to remove any Dealer from the event at any time.
    19. Dealer must remain in the specified area as placed by the Promoter. Removal and moving of assigned table is not permitted.
    20. Promoter has complete authority over the event and all rules and regulations.
